FROM FEAR TO LOVING LIFE: TRANSFORMATION OF THE FIRST CHAKRA

 

This workshop is going in depth into the challenges of the first energy center, which is located in the physical body at the base of the spine. The function of this root center is the growth of our life energy. It contains the issues of survival, groundedness and sexuality, if these issues in our life are balanced then the life energy rises up the inner energy channel towards love and spirituality. However around these issues there are basic fears that we all face at sometime in our life. Fear is the first major obstacle on the path of our growth through the evolution of energy. If we can face these fears and release them, then the journey of personal growth becomes more joyful and life-loving.

 

When we are in fear the first chakra is in a space of contraction. When we are in a space of self-acceptance the root chakra can relax. In this workshop we bring the transforming quality of awareness into the issue of our fears. We will move consciously into the fears that block our life energy and enjoyment. This workshop is an intensive exploration of moving into our fears so that we can release them from our mind and from our bodies. During the workshop specially created exercises are presented for active participation and personal transformation; active meditation techniques will be taught as well as a teaching of the functions of the seven chakras with an in depth study of the first chakra. Be prepared for an intense personal experience, as it is the qualities of totality and of sincerity that are the transforming force. And it is the quality of love and acceptance that gives us the courage to face our difficulties.

　

And the only way to move from fear to love is meditation, because meditation gives you a quantum leap from mind to no-mind, from the head to the heart. The heart is your heaven and the head is your hell.

Sāmudroprem

Sāmudroprem teaches the map of the chakras energies according to his training in several energy reading systems and his own experience of working with people for over 25 years.

As a disciple of the enlightened mystic Osho, he has learned from his master’s teachings and meditations for the chakras. He has also trained in Intuition & Energy Reading as well as in Star Sapphire and Psychic Massage in the Osho Multiversity.

He is also an Advanced Level Teacher of the Aura-Soma® Colour System and holds a Testimonial certificate of training in Family Constellations from Hellinger Sciencia®

Sāmudro holds professional diplomas in Counselling and Psychology from Oxford College, UK and is currently studying BSc (Hons) in Psychology at Open University, UK.
